Lovely message from one of my clients who had a fear of swimming. We spent a couple of hours in the hut one appropriately wet evening, chatting about the problem, doing some cognitive behaviour therapy and finishing off with hypnotherapy. She's on holiday now, has been in three different pools and enjoyed the water chute. Brilliant!
